It is suitable for large batch production
of various medium and small parts. The work
piece can be hung individually and in
multiple layers which depends on its size
and capacity. This equipment has high
productivity, stable shot blasting quantity
and good reliability as well as automatic
display and automatic monitoring function.
The work piece hung on the hook will have
circulating movement driven by conveyor,
which enter front door of cleaning chamber
by passing through it and then come out of
the back door. It operates with stepping or
continuous mode. The work piece has rotation
movement when being blasted. The control
mode is full automation. The charging and
discharging of materials can be manual and
with aid of such mechanism of balanced
crane.
